Abstract

Abstract: Today, paying attention to the category of motivation and spiritual vitality of employees is considered an important and valuable category. In better and more expressive terms, paying attention to improving the level of motivation and spiritual vitality of employees working in organizations and trying to identify effective factors for strengthening and promoting organizational motivation and vitality in employees seems to be essential. Therefore, the purpose of the present study is to identify and rank the intra-organizational factors that affect the strengthening of motivation and spiritual vitality of employees working in the offices of the Islamic Revolution Martyr Foundation of Isfahan Province. With this goal in mind, the method used in the research was a qualitative method based on conducting targeted interviews. In other words, the researcher used the directional content analysis method to collect information using semi-structured interviews with research experts working in the statistical community under study. Then, using the directional content analysis method, the text of the interviews was identified and categorized in the form of identifying and ranking the intra-organizational factors that affect the motivation and spiritual vitality of employees working in the offices of the Islamic Revolution Martyrs Foundation in Isfahan Province.
