The close relationship between public administration and society and the importance of the role of leadership and organizational culture in gaining public trust and realizing good governance has made it more necessary to examine the factors affecting the realization of a healthy organization. Neglecting public demands and the prevalence of corruption in the administrative system can endanger the legitimacy and efficiency of governments in the long run. Therefore, the purpose of this article was to investigate the effect of transparency and good governance on the prevention of administrative corruption. The research method in terms of applied nature, in terms of descriptive-survey method, its statistical population included 16,000 employees of Isfahan municipality, of which 384 people were selected as a statistical sample based on Cochran's formula. A standard questionnaire was used to collect data. The formal and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by organizational experts and university professors. The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained using Cronbach Bister's alpha test of 0.7. For data analysis, linear regression and structural equation modeling with partial least squares approach were used with the help of SPSS and PLS statistical software. The findings showed that transparency has an effect on the prevention of administrative corruption, and good governance has an effect on the prevention of administrative corruption
